- 1tbsp (≈14.2gestimated from: Butter, without salt [tbsp]) Butter, Unsalted
Steps
- 1 Mix chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, and cranberries; pour into the hot skillet or small sauce pan. Simmer until reduced by half, a couple of minutes.
- 2 Remove from heat and whisk in butter to form a lightly thickened sauce. Pour over chicken and serve.
