Ingredients
  1. 41oz (1162.3goz → g) Peach Pie Filling
  2. 15 1/4oz (432.3goz → g) Yellow Cake Mix
  3. 1stick (≈113gestimated from: Butter, without salt [stick]) Butter, Unsalted melted
  4. 1tsp (≈2.6gestimated from: Spices, cinnamon, ground [tsp]) Cinnamon, Ground
  5. 4servings (weight unavailable) Vanilla Ice Cream optional
Steps
  1. 1 Place pie filling into the bottom of the instant pot.
  2. 2 Spread evenly.
  3. 3 In a mixing bowl, add cake mix and cinnamon.
  4. 4 Mix well.
  5. 5 Pour in melted butter and stir to mix well.
  6. 6 The mixture will be stiff and hard to mix.
  7. 7 Continue to mix well. Sprinkle onto the peaches in the instant pot.
  8. 8 Set the instant pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
  9. 9 Slow release for 10 minutes and remove the cover.
  10. 10 Let set for 5 minutes to cool.
  11. 11 Spoon onto plates and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
