- 41 oz Peach Pie Filling

1/4 oz Yellow Cake Mix - 1 stick Butter, Unsalted melted
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 4 servings Vanilla Ice Cream optional
Steps
- 1 Place pie filling into the bottom of the instant pot.
- 2 Spread evenly.
- 3 In a mixing bowl, add cake mix and cinnamon.
- 4 Mix well.
- 5 Pour in melted butter and stir to mix well.
- 6 The mixture will be stiff and hard to mix.
- 7 Continue to mix well. Sprinkle onto the peaches in the instant pot.
- 8 Set the instant pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
- 9 Slow release for 10 minutes and remove the cover.
- 10 Let set for 5 minutes to cool.
- 11 Spoon onto plates and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
