Ingredients
  1. 1 medium Lemon juiced
  2. 1/4 cups Parsley, Flat-Leaf finely chopped
  3. 2 tbsp Capers
  4. 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  5. 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra-Virgin
Steps
  1. 1 In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, parsley, capers, Dijon mustard, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. 2 Slowly drizzle in the EVOO while whisking until combined. Pour over sautéed chicken breasts for an instant meal.
