Ingredients
- 1 medium Lemon juiced
1/4 cups Parsley, Flat-Leaf finely chopped- 2 tbsp Capers
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra-Virgin
Steps
- 1 In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, parsley, capers, Dijon mustard, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- 2 Slowly drizzle in the EVOO while whisking until combined. Pour over sautéed chicken breasts for an instant meal.
