Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper chopped
1/2 medium Onion chopped- 2 cloves Garlic chopped
- 56 oz Baked Beans, canned
1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Light- 3 tbsp Paprika heaping

1/2 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder1/4 cups Molasses- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce Neely\'s sauce recommended at foodnetwork.com
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
- 2 In a large Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Saute the red pepper, onion and garlic until softened, about 2 minutes. Add the baked beans and remaining ingredients (add 3/4 cup chopped pork or beef brisket if desired) and bring to a low simmer. Cover the beans and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
