Ingredients
  1. 1 medium Cauliflower cut into florets
  2. 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  3. 1/3 cups Buttermilk
  4. 1 tbsp Butter, Unsalted
Steps
  1. 1 Steam or boil cauliflower and garlic until soft. Drain, add buttermilk, light butter, salt, pepper and purée with a hand blender (or regular blender).
