Ingredients
- 1 medium Cauliflower cut into florets
- 4 cloves Garlic crushed
1/3 cups Buttermilk- 1 tbsp Butter, Unsalted
Steps
- 1 Steam or boil cauliflower and garlic until soft. Drain, add buttermilk, light butter, salt, pepper and purée with a hand blender (or regular blender).
