Ingredients

  4. 1clove (≈3gestimated from: Garlic, raw [clove]) Garlic thinly sliced

  6. 1tbsp (≈18gestimated from: Sauce, teriyaki, ready-to-serve, reduced sodium [Tbsp]) Teriyaki Sauce or more to taste

Steps
  1. 1 Heat olive oil and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2 Cook and stir mushrooms, garlic, cooking wine, teriyaki sauce, garlic salt, and black pepper in the hot oil and butter until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender, 5 to 8 more minutes.
