Ingredients
  1. 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  2. 3 tbsp Butter, Unsalted
  3. 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
  4. 1 clove Garlic thinly sliced
  5. 1 tbsp Red Wine
  6. 1 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce or more to taste
  7. 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt or to taste
  8. 1 pinch Black Pepper
Steps
  1. 1 Heat olive oil and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2 Cook and stir mushrooms, garlic, cooking wine, teriyaki sauce, garlic salt, and black pepper in the hot oil and butter until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender, 5 to 8 more minutes.
