  1. 2lb (907.2glb → g) Ground Beef 93/7 very lean
  2. 1cup (≈237gestimated from: Water, tap, municipal [cup 8 fl oz]) Water
  3. 2tsp (≈9.9gestimated from: Water, tap, municipal [fl oz]) Liquid Smoke, Mesquite
  4. 2tbsp (≈36gestimated from: Salt, table [tbsp]) Morton's Tender Quick
  5. 1/2tsp (≈1.2gestimated from: Spices, onion powder [tsp]) Onion Powder
  6. 1/4tsp (≈0.8gestimated from: Spices, garlic powder [tsp]) Garlic Powder
Steps
  1. 1 Mix all ingredients together.
  2. 2 Form into 3 equal rolls.
  3. 3 Warp in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
  4. 4 Remove foil. Back on rack at 300 F for 45 minutes.
