Ingredients
- 2 lb Ground Beef 93/7 very lean
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp Liquid Smoke, Mesquite
- 2 tbsp Morton's Tender Quick
1/2 tsp Onion Powder1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Steps
- 1 Mix all ingredients together.
- 2 Form into 3 equal rolls.
- 3 Warp in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
- 4 Remove foil. Back on rack at 300 F for 45 minutes.
