Ingredients
  1. 3lb (1360.8glb → g) Pork Baby Back Ribs
  2. 8oz (226.8goz → g) Honey
  3. 1tsp (≈2.3gestimated from: Spices, paprika [tsp]) Paprika
  4. 1tsp (≈2.7gestimated from: Spices, chili powder [tsp]) Chili Powder
  5. 1/2tsp (≈1.6gestimated from: Spices, garlic powder [tsp]) Garlic Powder
  6. 2tbsp (≈36gestimated from: Salt, table [tbsp]) Old Bay Seasoning
  7. 1/2tsp (≈1.2gestimated from: Spices, onion powder [tsp]) Onion Powder
  8. 1/4tsp (≈0.5gestimated from: Spices, celery seed [tsp]) Celery Salt
  9. 1/2cups (≈110gestimated from: Sugars, brown [cup packed]) Brown Sugar, Dark

Steps
  1. 1 Place all ingredients together in large roasting pan (i use bottom of turkey roaster). Cut ribs apart for easier serving.
  2. 2 Mix together making sure to coat all ribs with this semi-dry paste. Spread ribs out evenly on bottom of pan. Cover lightly with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour turning or stirring occasionally. You can use broiler for these ribs, just watch more closely, and adjust cooking time. These ribs are also great finished on the grill for a few minutes on each side.
