  1. 1 In a pot add 3 tablespoons of oil / onion, two cloves of garlic and sausage until sausage is browned
  2. 2 Add stock and celery/carrot and add tomatoe paste
  3. 3 Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 1 hour
