Ingredients
  1. 4 cups Green Tomatoes
  2. 2 tbsp Ginger, fresh peeled and chopped
  3. 2 tbsp Red Chile
  4. 1 tbsp Lime Zest
  5. 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  6. 1/4 cups Fish Sauce
  7. 1 tsp Salt
  8. 1 tsp Onion, Sweet
  9. 1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
  10. 3 tsp Cardamon
  11. 1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
  12. 1/4 tsp Cloves
  13. 1/2 tsp Allspice, Ground
  14. 1 tsp Coriander, ground
  15. 1/2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  16. 1/4 cups sweetener
  17. 2 servings Cilantro chopped
Steps
  1. 1 Combine all ingredients except for the cilantro in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Simmer for 45 minutes or until soft. Cool. Stir in cilantro. Taste and adjust with salt or sweetener if necessary. Serve warm or cold with meats or cheeses.
