- lb Salt pork Or 2 cups diced ham
- tsp Yellow Mustard
- small Onion
- cups Brown Sugar, Light
- cups Maple Syrup
- tsp Salt
- tsp Black Pepper

- 1 Soak Beans overnight - Cook until beans split
- 2 Drain saving liquid
- 3 Put beans in slow cook pot and add rest of ingredients and 1/2 cup of drained water
- 4 Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours
