Ingredients
  1. 1 1/4 lb Pork Tenderloin
  2. 2 tbsp Brown Sugar, Light
  3. 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  4. 2 cups Soy Sauce
  5. 2 cloves Garlic minced
  6. 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  7. 2 tsp Liquid Smoke, Mesquite or two cap-fulls
  8. 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  9. 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Steps
  1. 1 Mix marinade ingredients together and pour over pork in zip-top bag. Marinate in refrigerator for at least one hour and up to 24.
