Ingredients
- 20 medium Grape Tomatoes
- 10 oz Mozzarella cubed
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra-Virgin
- 2 tbsp Basil chopped
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Steps
- 1 Toss tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until well coated. Skewer one tomato and one piece of mozzarella cheese on each toothpick.
