Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  2. 1/3 cups Sugar
  3. 1/4 cups Milk
  4. 1/4 cups Buttermilk
  5. 2 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  6. 1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
  7. 1/2 tsp Salt
  8. 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  9. 1 medium Cabbage, Green chopped
  10. 1 medium Carrot shredded
  11. 2 tbsp Onion minced
Steps
  1. 1 Chop cabbage and carrots into very fine pieces (about the size of rice).
  2. 2 Combine mayo, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
  3. 3 Add the cabbage, carrots, and onion, and mix well.
  4. 4 Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
