Ingredients
1/2 cups Mayonnaise1/3 cups Sugar1/4 cups Milk1/4 cups Buttermilk- 2
1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice - 1
1/2 tbsp Vinegar 1/2 tsp Salt1/8 tsp Black Pepper- 1 medium Cabbage, Green chopped
- 1 medium Carrot shredded
- 2 tbsp Onion minced
Steps
- 1 Chop cabbage and carrots into very fine pieces (about the size of rice).
- 2 Combine mayo, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
- 3 Add the cabbage, carrots, and onion, and mix well.
- 4 Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
