Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut, Shredded Unsweetened 1 cup = 80 g
1/4 cups Maple Syrup- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, Virgin
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1/8 tsp Salt
Steps
- 1 Combine all ingredients in a food processor (or mix by hand). Squish into any small container (try 7×5) and fridge for an hour before trying to cut (or freeze for 15 minutes). Can be stored in the fridge or freezer, for at least a few weeks.
