Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cups Breadcrumbs, Panko
  2. 1 1/4 lb Ground Turkey 93/7
  3. 1 large Egg
  4. 1 tbsp Ginger, fresh minced
  5. 1 clove Garlic minced
  6. 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  7. 1/4 cups Cilantro chopped
  8. 3 medium Green Onions chopped
  9. 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
  10. 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  11. Dipping Sauce
  12. 3 tbsp Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
  13. 1 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
  14. 1 1/2 tbsp Lime Juice
  15. 1 1/2 tbsp Water
  16. 1 tbsp Green Onions chopped
Steps
  1. 1 Preheat oven to 500°F.
  2. 2 Mix ground turkey, panko, egg, salt, scallions, ginger, cilantro, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 2 tsp oil and mix with your hands until combined well. Shape 1/4 cup meat mixture into a ball and transfer to a baking dish. Repeat with remaining mixture. Bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  3. 3 For the dipping sauce mix together lime juice, water, soy sauce, and remaining 2 teaspoons of oil in a bowl. Add scallions.
  4. 4 Transfer meatballs to a serving dish. Stir sauce, then drizzle meatballs with 1 tablespoon sauce.
  5. 5 Serve meatballs with remaining sauce, about 1 tbsp per person.
