Ingredients
  1. 12oz (340.2goz → g) Green Beans, Fresh trimmed (make sure they\'re dry)
  2. 2tsp (≈9gestimated from: Oil, olive, salad or cooking [tsp]) Olive Oil
  3. 1pinch (≈0.2gestimated from: Salt, Kosher [cup] - MANUAL/WEBSITE: Diamond Crystal (http://www.seriouseats.com/2013/03/ask-the-food-lab-do-i-need-to-use-kosher-salt.html)) Kosher Salt
  4. 1dash (≈0.1gestimated from: Spices, pepper, black [dash]) Black Pepper
  5. 1/4tsp (≈0.8gestimated from: Spices, garlic powder [tsp]) Garlic Powder
  6. 1 1/2tbsp (≈7.5gestimated from: Cheese, parmesan, grated [tbsp]) Parmesan Cheese shredded
Steps
  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. 2 Line a baking sheet with aluminum for easy clean-up. Lay green beans out on the baking sheet and drizzle oil over them. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder (also delicious with a little lemon zest) and toss to evenly coat.
  3. 3 Spread them out on the sheet so that they all lay flat and place on the lower third section of your oven. Bake 10 minutes, shake the pan to turn; bake 5 additional minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
