Ingredients
  1. 8oz (226.8goz → g) Cream Cheese room temperature
  2. 2medium (≈30gestimated from: Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw [medium (4-1/8" long)]) Green Onions chopped; about 1/2 cup
  3. 1/4cups (≈15gestimated from: Parsley, fresh [cup chopped]) Parsley, Flat-Leaf chopped
  4. 2tbsp (≈30gestimated from: Horseradish, prepared [tbsp]) Horseradish, prepared drained
  5. 1/4tsp (≈1.5gestimated from: Salt, table [tsp]) Salt
  6. 1/4tsp (≈0.8gestimated from: Spices, garlic powder [tsp]) Garlic Powder
  7. 8oz (226.8goz → g) Roast Beef sliced
  8. 2medium (≈98gestimated from: Tortillas, ready-to-bake or -fry, flour, shelf stable [tortilla]) Tortillas, Flour
Steps
  1. 1 Combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. 2 Place the two tortillas on work surface, spread half of cheese over each, top each with half of the roast beef slices, leaving a 1/2 inch border around edges.
  3. 3 Roll up, wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  4. 4 Refrigerate until firm, 30 minutes or up to 1 day ahead.
  5. 5 Cut diagonally into 1/2 inch slices and serve.
