Ingredients
  1. 1/2cups (≈85gestimated from: Candies, confectioner's coating, butterscotch [cup chips]) Butterscotch morsels

  3. 1/2cups (≈42.5gestimated from: Nuts, coconut meat, dried (desiccated), sweetened, flaked, packaged [cup]) Coconut, Shredded Sweetened
  4. 1/2cups (≈42gestimated from: Cookies, graham crackers, plain or honey (includes cinnamon) [cup, crushed]) Graham Crackers crumbs
  5. 1/2cups (≈49.5gestimated from: Nuts, pecans [cup, halves]) Pecans, Raw chopped
Steps
  1. 1 Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Set aside.
  2. 2 Melt the butterscotch in a double boiler over simmering water or in a microwave-safe dish on high (stir every 30 seconds to prevent burning). After 4 minutes, add in the chocolate and melt together.
  3. 3 Mix together the coconut, graham cracker crumbs and pecans in a medium bowl.
  4. 4 Pour the chocolate mixture onto the baking sheet and evenly spread out to 1/2-inch thickness, occasionally slamming the tray against the countertop to remove bubbles. Top evenly with the coconut mixture. Place in the refrigerator to set, 1 hour.
  5. 5 Break into about 28/30 even pieces and store in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
